What is KiNsiders?
KiNsiders has been developed after 25 years of speaking to business owners who want to grow but are stuck.
Neil and James have worked with thousands of businesses across nearly all sectors, even a guinea pig farm! We are bringing all of that knowledge and experience to bear with KiNsiders. We understand the procrastination, the overwhelming feeling of too many projects and tasks that clog up the to do list and getting no traction.
KiNsiders uses a whole heap of tools to get you moving, because we know you are crafty and will try all sorts of slippery ways to get out of the hard stuff!
Weekly Accountability Sessions
It doesn't stop there - for the next 4 weeks post workshop, you will join us for a weekly online catch up to see how you are getting on with the growth tasks we set. Accountability is a massive issue for anyone who was used to their industry job and finds it hard to replace their fear of the boss. Think of it as a weekly reset for you and your business brain.
Drop in Clinics
Now, we said that we are here to help and we mean it. Every week we will go live on this site and answer anything technical that is boxing your head that will help anyone else stuck in the same situation. We will record all of these so you can watch back at any point.
Writing session
Getting writing done is hard. We find it hard too. So as a little bonus treat we're throwing in a weekly drop in writing session. Everyone logs in, states what they want to write in that hour and we all get on with it. No talking,distractions or help. Just 1 hour of solid productivity. Sounds delicious.
Body Double
For any of our ADHD friends this is a great chance to have a calm space and get some body doubling done.

What if i dont like it?
While we think that we are fabulous we also understand that we are not for everyone. If you want to cancel at any point you can and there are no hard feelings. If this happens in less than 2 weeks we will refund your monthly payment no questions asked.
What time are the sessions
When you sign up you will get access to the timetable that gives you all of the information about what happens when. We understand that people have family commitments and avoid pinch points like before 9am and after 4pm.
Who will I be in the group with?
We want to work with ambitious, fun people who are happy to be challenged on how they are thinking and running their business. People just like you who are looking for genuine relationships with other business owners and want to make money for themselves as well as have a good time.
This programme is designed for businesses that are at least 2 years old and turning over £30k per year and we will refund anyone who doesn't meet that criteria and ask them to come back when they are ready.
how does the group coaching work?
The group coaching sessions are run as ACTION LEARNING. Anyone can put their name forward to be the focus of the session and bring an issue or a problem to the group that we will help them to solve in real time. It takes about 90 minutes and will result in the business owner going away with a series of tasks to complete that will help them achieve what they set out in the session
These are hugely transformative sessions, with individuals gaining real clarity and perspective from the other members of the group.
What if someone in the group steals my idea?
In nearly 50 years of combined business advice, neither Neil or James have seen anyone steal a business idea in our setting. It wont happen.
And if anyone does steal your idea, we will kick them in the shins. And then we will give you all the support that we can to get you through it. We have your back.
What happens if i miss a session?
We will record and store all of the online sessions for you to go back and rewatch as often as you like. We will also store any maps, tools and other clever things that we come up with for you to download as and when you need a refresh.
Do I get anything for referring a friend onto KINSIDERS?
Of course you do! We offer 15% commission paid monthly for as long as they are a member. Once you have joined just click on the affiliate links and take it from there.
Do I need any special tech to access this programme?
No, you can access everything from your phone if you don't have a laptop. On the live sessions if you can have a pair of headphones handy just to block out some of the background noise. All of the sessions will be hosted here so no need for zoom or teams either.
